In the way of story i think prototype was a very interesting game. Although amnesia is annoying eating people for their memories was interesting and the amnesia thing led to a huge twist that i will try not to ruin for you guys. I only wish the cutscenes had more storyline than an exchange of several phrases of dialogue and then a badass remark before the next fight but some people enjoyed that to keep the game going without stopping abruptly.
I've seen both guys and girls stop to want to play this game. As i said this and probably infamous and more so infamous 2 are the best games i've played since the jedi knight series. I think it's because having god powers and playing with the world as if it's your toy and you just stroll around being a god is infinitely more fun than some random shooter.
The only probably with the first prototype is though they had aspired to be great there wasn't much to do after the story since there was no multiplayer and the story also had plot-holes in it. You don't know why you're picking up cell phones under pay phones at one point because nobody told you to to my knowledge but you do anyway. That didn't make much sense honestly.
