Hints in 8th edition about fish people army?

It's on page 176 of the big 8th edition fantasy rulebook: 'The War Fleets Sail Forth' year 554.

At first it sounds like it would be chaos dwarfs but then you realize it sounds like some fish, crustacean or squid people. I've heard people say it'd be awesome to see a cthulu-based army out of this. They're vague beyond saying they are needle fanged and from the depths.

The Fish could then ally with the Chips. This is awesome news indeed.

Yes it would make me hungry. There has been talk way back it could be some mermaid people but i'm hoping for more cthulu based stuff with like more squid type people. I think it seems to hint at the latter anyway. Course there are so many human factions and even other creatures not represented in the game yet.
