Remember that 6th edition is on it's way. So don't go out and buy rulebooks yet  And if you want to play 5th edition anyhow, wait to get one of those rulebooks after 6th came out. They will be throwing them your way on ebay then. |

I already used to play 40k and already have the 4th and 5th edition rulebooks. I also have the last 2 guard codexes. I'm thinking his eldar went through at least one new codex so if anything if we play i'll have to download a PDF file of his army. Hopefully things aren't too different. Sounds like he might actually get back into the hobby. If he does and plays against me i'll buy a dark eldar army to face him. He said it was the only army he couldn't handle 6 years ago though that's just a coincidence i wanted that army  . |

According to wiki the last eldar codex was November 2006, so he quit just before the new codex. Weird.. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codex_(Warhammer_40,000) Lupus has a beautiful Eldar army. Eldar armies are all about painting. |

Oh i know it too that eldar are all about painting. Funny thing is dark eldar take a decent amount of painting too i'm sure. I'd need to highlight that armor with all sorts of colors. I wanted to make it so that the highlighted armor of the dark eldar is a bunch of different neon type colors to give that whole high tech raider look. I figure if i do dark eldar i'll go with lots of hellions for my melee troops, probably normal warriors in raiders, some trueborn with blasters in 5 man transports and maybe some scourge and such. The sad thing about DE is that the only troops are warriors and wyches and though i hear wyches are great i might want to go shooty with normal warriors. Still i might end up with some wyches anyway. I think i'll also take a talos or two for fun and maybe a chronos. I originally wanted the voidraven bomber but that isn't released yet. Adding pain tokens like crazy would be a good strategy and chronos and haemonculi are just the things for it.

So today went to a dinner dance and had a conversation with a fairly good looking girl. It was kind of an autism get together and well things went ok and she offered me her phone number. Surprised this seemed so easy. Getting women always seems so hard for me. Anyway we'll see where this goes. She's no FFE but what girl can match that . Least she's fairly pretty and seems ok. Hopefully she doesn't have any weird things about herself but it's no big deal because i kind of do. I hope she doesn't ask me where i am every 5 mins., is suicidal or gets super jealous to a "i'll cut you" degree. She has aspergers like me but she also has bi-polar i think but she takes meds for it which ends up giving her tremors. We talked about where we lived and stuff. She's in a group home currently and hates the people there. I talked about my crazy roommates of the past. She told me about her first video game that she likes and i talked about diablo 3 a little. All in all it was good. Like i said before we'll see where this goes. |

Well she told me once she did something stupid when her case manager was being a jerk or something and she keyed the person's car. Yeah....good thing i don't have a car. I suppose it's a one time thing and relatively mild but i dunno.
She's fairly new with video games i think. She said she was into monster hunter or some sort of game and that's what got her into gaming. Honestly i don't think warhammer would be her thing but if she takes to it so be it.
I found out today she gave me an extra number to her phone number and it was a tremendous pain in the ass to figure out. I finally just tried taking one number off of the phone number she gave until i hit the right one so of course that's about 7-8 calls or more which isn't too bad but still. Meh i suppose it wouldn't have been so bad had i just trial and error'ed my way through it all along.

Anyway not much going on. I'm about to go to sleep. I played more diablo 3 and hell difficulty is a pain in the ass. Currently i'm tired. Strangely enough i'm going back into nightmare difficulty and absolutely destroying everything and getting money and everything. It's nice just breezing through the whole act getting loot i can just break down or sell and then bam i've got a ton of money or at least a bit.
I'll call that girl later. I've tried quite a bit. Really hope i can reach her but i suppose it's nothing big if i can't.

So today i lost another facebook friend due to my own idiocy. I guess he blocked me. Must've thought i was gay or something when i asked if i can still be friendly without being friends (i just meant be nice not gay). Then he said he doesn't swing that way. Don't ask. The friendship was kind of deteriorating anyway mostly by my own fault. Not like he had enough time to talk or anything though. Meh i'll miss talking to him even if he didn't consider us friends due to lack of spending time and having too many friends already. I should get friends by the good old fashioned way. Just thought he was a cool guy. He abridged anime and was pretty funny and nice.

Yeah i'd rather you not do that with your bare hands. Wear gloves.
Today i got my witch doctor in diablo 3 to level 59 and opened my game to the public when facing belial as he was a serious pain in the ass and i couldn't solo him (not enough armor or vitality to last more than one hit which is stupid). Other than that i've been doing pretty well monster killing-wise but elites are a bit more troublesome. I need more vitality or armor desperately. Anyway just one more level to level 60 which is the maximum level. At that point it's just about getting better gear and getting to inferno difficulty. For once i also am not losing gold by playing on hell difficulty because i have people to play with.
Oh and i also found out at work earlier that one of the employees i used to talk to was fired. Other than that they have me doing an annoying bit of work at my job that leaves my hands sore after 8 hours of doing it.
Also you're so close to being a clanrat now peter! Way to go! Lol i might just switch the rankings so you're a stormvermin instead. Skavenslaves exist but nobody wants to be a skavenslave. They are used as meat shields and cannon fodder.

I've been playing Median XL 2012 beta Diablo 2... It's impossible... I even started at level 33 using the programmer method to allow me to start my new build straight away. My char is an Ice Sorceress and summoner (you can be both thanks to oSkills - items with spells or 'reanimates as..' included). OK so the build is very gear dependant and all I'm focussing on now is plus to magic find, but I can't put any points on Vitality, which makes me a bit of a glass cannon. Most of the time it works and the Ice elementals just tank everything along with my Mister Tanky Act 2 merc, but sometimes I run into killer super unique elite whatevers, or the odd BaalSpawn ( an evil dragon that turns up in the Dry Hills) and get killed. Lately I'm just adding + to Vita mystic orbs into all my gear and it kind of works... For now... Well i went to the garage today.
After inspection of my car they told me it would be about €1000 and up to respray. WTF??? That's 1255$ or £810. And i don't even have a 1000 km on the counter yet.
Insurance will be happy.

So... a long scratch on your car = E1000....
And euros and pounds are almost 1:1 now (unlike in 1999 when it was E2.50 to £1)....
Driving and the cost of insuring your car are just a big con. I stopped driving in 2008 because it got too expensive for me. Not that public transport is better, but I really hated 'parking officers' aka traffic wardens.
Not only is driving expensive, but you can't actually go anywhere without having to pay extra to park, or be chased around by those bastards. Try telling the local council you have no money...
