I'm gonna wait until your transport is done to make any judgments. Right now it looks a little too lego-y for my tastes. I've never actually seen an eradicator before (is it unpopular?). The bikers are a decent idea for guard. Personally they need a little more maneuverability with something.
I think with conversions it was 'ashotninja' or somebody with all those awesome looking lasgun variants that looked insanely good.
I've never really converted anything but if i did set pieces i'd want to show a guardsmen holding to machine gun type weapons (heavy bolters?) and firing away at his last (with a screaming face in rambo style) against a horde of termagaunts getting mulched by his guns (blood spewing out of them) with possibly a dead buddy at his feet. Also i wanted to have one with a conversion of a junior officer (platoon commander) with a chainsword or something and a laspistol shooting and cutting through a fire warrior with a destroyed crisis suit with scrapes and chainsaw cuts all over it and sparks flying out of it (dunno how i'd pull off the constant mild sparks).
Remember also i can't see rules of it on the IGMB do to being banned on the IGMB.

Actually the whole thing is too big so I'll restart again by just buying an Ork battlewagon and adding the autocannon and dozer blade. I kind of wanted to buy it, then wanted to have a go at scratch building. The first one was a bit bigger with a 360 degree rotatable turret on the top - it got pulled apart. I might not completely destroy this one and keep it until I get motivated to finish it.
Space is a bit too much of an issue in my army cases, so something that takes up as much space a Baneblade, while only being the same points as a hellhound will be a waste of space.
I'll paint some infantry or hw teams until I get cash for a b/wagon
Makarova's rules for reptiles/ IG battlewagons.. (dozer blade included as standard) Reptile Convoy Transport [120 pts] Reptiles are large, tank-like transport vehicles used to transport both soldiers and civilians across the wasteland, usually accompanied by the Mashina.

Why does the name of your army remind me of 'the big lebowski'?

Because they're crazy Homer Simpson clones with gasmasks. They're not chem-inhalers either. I have 2 armies of chem-inhaler guard, one for 4th ed and one for 5th ed.
Lebowski was a good movie. Nihilists!
